Before using, it is recommended to perform an allergy test by applying a few drops to your lips and waiting for any adverse reactions during the first day.
For general use, apply 3-4 drops directly onto the tongue. To improve the bioavailability and taste, the drops can be mixed with honey in a spoon. A healthcare provider may suggest increasing the dosage to 2-3 times a day if needed.
