Why did I create the Shining Diamond of Potential?
When I first embarked on my journey as a therapist in schools, I discovered the pressing need to swiftly connect with students who often felt guarded or misunderstood. Unlike teachers who interact with them daily, I had limited time to understand the reasons behind their behavior, sometimes taking weeks or not finding answers at all.
Motivated to make a difference, I sought a powerful solution to help students feel at ease during our first meeting, encouraging them to confide in a stranger and realize the potential for positive change within themselves. Thus, the Shining Diamond of Potential was born. Inspired by a captivating story about a dimmed diamond, I wondered if it held the key to uncovering what stifled students' radiance.
Having always recognized the true essence and untapped potential within each person, I was astonished by how quickly students opened up to me when I began using this tool. I gained immediate insights into their thoughts and emotions, pinpointing the triggers behind their behavior. As a result, students left our consultations with newfound belief in their ability to feel better. In fact, many marveled, "Why have I never been taught this before?"
After witnessing the incredible impact on my clients, I shared the Shining Diamond of Potential with the supportive community of rapid transformation therapists. The response was overwhelming, with fellow therapists implementing it in their practice, extending its reach to clients, friends, and family. Notably, the renowned Marisa Peer, an author, speaker, and founder of Rapid Transformation Therapy, incorporated this tool into her teachings and global presentations.
Other therapist have shared with me how they have used it as inspiration for childrens stories such as the creator of Buttons Bunny, Sian Collins and many others have fed back to me how they love using it in their programmes and with their families.
And of course it’s not just the adults that have been inspired, a young boy called Cartah Gray was inspired to use his gift and write a wonderful short story, which you will have access to on the programme.
It became clear that it was time to share this transformative tool with the world, empowering individuals from all walks of life to help others shine their light.
