Is this Vegan friendly?
Probiotics are bacteria, none of our ingredients are animal derived, all the enzymes are microbial based, Other than human strains that we use, the B. Coagulants are spore based.
Can I take this at the same time as other supplements?
Yes, you can take this with our other supplements in the microbiome range. However we recommend taking our Cleanzymes and Microbiometrics together as this way is very effective. Then take the Superhuman probiotic separately. Please note you will get different results depending on your individual health and microbiome.

What can I do with my diet to support my microbiome and gut bacteria?
Try to eat a whole food organic diet that prioritises fibre from beans, lentils, vegetables and fruit. its good practise to avoid all GMOs, foods contaminated with Glyphosate, processed foods, added sugars, synthetics, chemicals, heavy alcohol use.
